This workshop had the highest turnout rate with 95% of booked delegates attending.  This was a taster for a new “Marketing Fundamentals” mini-series for our regional members who may not be overly experienced in all marketing fields, or just want a refresher on the subject of: “Your marketing data. How to get it, improve it, and use it wisely”. Simon McNidder, a Marketing data & database consultant from Database First Aid presented. He offered delegates some practical steps and guidance on how to get users using the central list (or database), how to utilise and benefit your data, and how to get great quality data to feed those needs.  And what you need to do (or not bother with) to get the best ROI from your marketing database.  Thanks to Simon from Database First Aid for presenting and Gowling WLG for hosting the room and doing the fab food.
